I am attempting to draw a sidewalk to a main access ramp on a project, but revit keeps giving me the same Intersecting Lines message. I have tried a few different sketch configurations, but no dice. Ideally, the sidewalk wouldn't wrap around the ramp, but rather slightly blend into the shape, as it is represented below.

In edit mode in Revit you have to avoid intersections like below.
The linework must be a closed shape without gaps or intersections. The end of a line must be the start of the second.
Try to do two different objects.
Your closed loop sketch basically has a "short circuit". The line near the 13.1 running through the outer loop can't be there. That is causing the failure. I am not clear as to what you want to accomplish, but you have to do it with "closed loops".
