Revit Family Name disappeared

Revit Family name disappeared in Revit 2019. When I open the family file the name is ".rfa". I'm pretty sure I have to reload the family and transfer all the nameless instances to the one with the name so the filters will work. Anyone else experience this?

I've never seen it before and would think that it wasn't possible.

Have you tried closing Revit entirely to see if the name comes back?

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

Yes, this is at least the third time I've opened the model after it has happened.

Out of curiosity, could you save the file with no name and post it here?

Can you rename the family in the project browser?

I can think of how it could appear to have no name. A Unicode Character.  What's the family and source?

Attached, the family with no name is not listed in the project browser.

Original family name is "lt_fx_ceiling linear modular". It is a level hosted lighting fixture family. I don't understand what you mean by source.

By "source", I mean where did it come from?

No problem renaming it.

BTW: I can do a Save AS and save it without nameing it. Maybe someone just flubbed up. I can see where this could happen.

It is one of the companies standard revit families that has been developed through all the versions of Revit. I've used it on every other project without issue. At one point the family name was listed in the project though, so I still don't understand how the name could be removed.
