REVIT ERROR

I am using Revit 2014...today I started getting this error appearing in Notepad when I try to print to Adobe PDF. Any suggestions? Or known causes? Solutions?

%%[ ProductName: Distiller ]%%
%%[ Error: undefinedresult; OffendingCommand: imageDistiller ]%%

Stack:
-dict-

%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%
%%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %%

Open up the Adobe print settings [Start>Devices and Printers>right click on "Adobe PDF">Printer Properties].  Click on the Advanced tab and check "Enable Advanced Printing Features"

Let me know if that works first, then we can try other things if that doesn't work.  Did you recently update Adobe or Revit?

I am receiving a similar error. I havent printed much but it seems that sheet size 30x42 works fine but 24x36 is where the error occurs.

I have tried clicking the 'Advanced printing' option with no luck.

changing the *.png to *.tif resolved this issue for me. Using revit 2020 and acrobat Distiller DC.

Had the exact problem today for the first time. I've used hundreds of .png images before with nary a problem, but deleting the offending image solved it. Kudos !

The problem is definitely with png processing. Curiously a png (call it png A) printed on one sheet (call it sheet 1) works. Printing png A on another sheet 2 with png B does not work. Printing png B without png A on sheet 2 does work. All very weird. I need to use png images here and not jpegs. Sad....Any further advice is appreciated.

Regards,

Mike
