Hi there,
I just submitted a lighting analysis. I was then notified that the report is ready to be imported into my Revit Model. I accepted the amount of credits being deducted, while the report is being transfered into my Revit model the program crashed and it closed. When I tried to open both the recovered and the working model, it again asked to deduct more credits. The report is displayed on my account, but I need to give more credits in order to get it. Does anyone know what I can to do get the report without having to pay again for the second time? Thanks.
