PDF graphic vs Revit on-screen

When I print to PDF, the halftoned floor boundary lines cover the black in-place mass boundary lines.  I have tried Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam default settings and the results are the same.  If I turn on Bluebeam line merge and set the effect as Darken then the PDF graphic comes out correct.  But that did not work for my titleblock with dark background and white text, the white text dissappears because of line merge and darken effect.  Any suggestions?

Thanks.

No suggestion here. It annoys me without end that anything halftoned just overprints anything black. I'm tired of using detail lines to hide this problem.
