Can we download on more than 2 devices? For example, I have a computer that is about to die and plan on buying a new one but need Revit now. Can I download Revit onto my new device once I purchase it?

I am a student so the student license would apply. 🙂 Thanks

Hi There,

I am still trying to download. I am having trouble. I asked the autodesk community and was advised to disable firewall and delete files. Yet, it's still stuck on 11 of 36 items remaining and has been for a week? Help!!!

I have a ENVY PC brand new nothing installed accept factory defaults so no files have even been saved yet. Trying to past the screenshot but unable to in the body of this message.

@Anonymous hello, what is your Window OS, what version of revit are you trying to install? have you downloaded the file in autodesk virtual agent? not only firewall you need to turn off you need to include all your anti virus program. You must update your window OS atleast with SP1. clear all your temp folder in c drive those cannot delete just skip. and try to install again. thanks

ok so I am deleting the temp folder files now. The version of OS that I am using is 64 bit; intel r core tm i-5 6200u cpu @ 2.30 GHz

I do not know what updating my OS with SP1 means. This is a brand new computer shouldn't have the latest version needed?

Yes, you are right, you have a brand new computer with the latest version, but your computer is still in factory defaults you need to install the latest updates from Microsoft.
