hi

two days ago I've updated my windows 10. since then I'm facing serious display problems in Revit, all files are displayed very weirdly and I can't work anymore. Revit is unable to recognize my Nvidia GeForce graphic card although its updated.

any clue how to solve this issue?

Thanks

i'm assuming it was the creators update i would suggest rolling back the OS to before the creators update was installed

Hi @Anonymous

Sorry to hear that your are facing display issues. Which version of Revit are you using?

Check the Graphics Tab of the Options Dialog for information on the graphics card and the current graphics driver.

You can also change the “Use Hardware Acceleration” and/or the “Smooth lines with anti-aliasing” settings in the Options Dialog and see if this resolves the graphics issues. Changing either of these settings will require the file to be closed and re-opened for the new settings to take effect.

  • If you experience any undesirable graphic artifacts, you can disable hardware acceleration. Revit then uses the Windows Advanced Rasterization Platform (WARP).
  • Improves the quality of lines in views, making edges display more smoothly. By default, this option is enabled so you can turn on anti-aliasing for individual views. For details, see Smooth Lines with Anti-Aliasing.
Note: To experience the best performance when using anti-aliasing, enable hardware acceleration. If you disable hardware acceleration but enable anti-aliasing, you may notice slow performance when zooming, panning, and manipulating a view.

Use this tool at this page HERE to find recommended system hardware or graphics hardware and drivers.
Did you run the latest update for your graphic card from the manufacturer's website?
Running the latest updates/ hot fixes from your Autodesk Desktop app is recommended for your Revit version.
Please see HERE for windows 10  and related updates and Autodesk products

Let me know if any of the above resolves your issue.
