Hi @Anonymous

It is possible this project is corrupt if it only crashes in this one project.

You can try fix the project by running an Audit when you open it:

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/getting-started/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2017/ENU/Revit-GetStarted/files/GUID-863142B6-3DB6-486E-BEA6-0B6757C2E759-htm.html

See if this fixes this fixes anything and stops the crashing. Let us know how you get on.

Hello @markcalloway

I have tried and audit the file, and it did make anything, I didn't have any message coming or anything, just the file open normally. And then, it crashed again when I try to access to Site Setting

Also, in the same file I am having some graphic issues, I do not if they are related, probably they are, but see in my other post

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-architecture-forum/template-corrupted-with-graphic-issues/td-p/7487103

Thanks

Do you have any model elements in the file? How far are they from the Origins?

I have one project file with a whole project, and I moved the base point and survey point to the center of the building.

Also, I have the template we used for this project, and it is empty, purge as much as I could, Origin in the middle of the view.

And in both cases it crash.

Also, I have removed all addins from Revit

Hello @ennujozlagam

Did you transfer project standards from the new project open with the Revit default template to my project file, or you did the other way around??

Hi @ennujozlagam

I have been researching more about what was the problem, transferring project standards in small package to find which one was the problem. Obviously it was the site settings.

If I transfer the site setting using the tool transfer project standards from a new revit default template, to my template, and it solve the problem of crashing every time I click on site settings. But the other graphic issues are still there.

Thank you so much.

Regards
