Revit cloud service not working

Can anyone help the revit cloud service has not been workig for me for 2 days. Is there anyway I can render 5 images from my model with out using the cloud does anyone know of a service this is very frustrating. The model is finished.

How are users with revit lt getting past this problem, my model is made just need the image views rendering if anyone could assist please. Could do with about 4-5 views rendering all set up I can send the model.

Cloud Rendering seems to be experiencing issue. It has already been reported to Autodesk....Currently your options are as follows:

  1. Render without Planting/RPC
  2. Open a support tickets and/or
  3. Contact Rendering Services support on the following email/link

While waiting, you could try download the trial version of  Lumion or Enscape and export the model to either for rending (download also the relevant plugin for Revit so that you wont have to go through the manual export/import process)

Unfortunately LT does not support addins/plugin...The software will run (both) but you will need to export the Model from Revit as STL, DWG or FBX ...then open lumion or enscape and import in

Nope ... no idea. I do not work for Autodesk : o)

 

Not sure if it is a coincidence but the complaints seem to have increased starting end of last week ...ie: ca 2 weeks away from the date for when Cloud Points will be abolished and the kickoff of the pay as you go Tokens system

@edarchitecture5 There appears to be a (server side) issue with RPC content.

 

If you turn off the display of RPC content in the view being rendered (for example entourage and planting), does the view render successfully?

Thank you for the update @edarchitecture5 .

 

I created a new test project, and successfully rendered a view (using the cloud rendering service).

 

Can you try rendering 3D View 1 from the attached model (using default settings so that no credits are required/used) and confirm that this also works for you?

Thank you for the update @edarchitecture5.

 

Looking at the model, I’m finding RPC content in the Planting and Entourage family instances, but I’m also seeing RPC content in the furniture family: Planter_with_shrub_17951

 

If you hide all of these items, does the cloud rendering work for you?

That is brilliant I am very grateful. By removing the rpc content I am now able to get renders from the cloud service.

I’ve heard back on the server side issue, and it should be resolved as of 03/09/2022.

 

Please let me know if you are still seeing issues rendering after turning the RPC content back on.
