Revit closing randomly

I work in IT for a school system. Our architectural drafting and design teacher is reporting that on their teacher computer revit closes randomly all day long, they will be in the middle of demonstrating something and it just locks up and crashes, and she has to relaunch the software to resume teaching. I am not there to witness this happening, so I pulled the whole appdata directory for revit from her computer and was trying to figure out what is going on but I don't really know exactly what i was looking for. In journals there are dump files but they don't seem to contain much information.

The Journal files will show something like "Exception" before a crash, so look into the journal files to see what happens before the crash - it may indicate what's happening.

Find out if this happens in different files, or is there a particular file that crashes.  If it is one file, open it with Audit.  The errors are listed between Begin dump and end dump.  This might indicate the problem.

Okay I found some journals that were completely empty, not sure what that is about, but I looked at one that actually contained something and one had one mention of exception in it, but it doesn't appear related to a crash, every journal seems to include this line:

Could be an Add-in the teacher is using.  If teacher disables Add-ins, does the problem go away?

Make sure all the updates are installed.  File may have been a newer version than what is installed.

I have tried multiple times to paste some of the journal log but it deletes my post instantly as "spam" so i'm attaching screenshots of the log. I found a spot that appears to be one of those exceptions that resulted in the application closing.

worse scenario? try to do a clean uninstall and reinstall again the program and install updates. it could be some files are corrupted. just saying. thanks
