I used to have my project based in certan place, but now my client change the proyect´s location.
1.- How do I change the location and north angle?
2.- What´s the best practice to change the terrain measures?
That´s the original project but it has to change location (the cad block in the background)
Relocate the Project on a Topsurface? Is the Toposurface resident in the Project? If so, you would need to reorient the Toposurface in the Project and then Specify Coordinates at new Point. It's best to have the Toposurface modeled in a separate "Site" Project with the building linked in and oriented to the Site. Makes it a lot easier to make plotting changes.
Thanks, but I inserted a CAD file with the nwe location, setting it from center to center and then I obtained the shared coordinates from that file and finally set the North angle.
But now I have an altitude issue, is not changing from 2,090 to 1,873 and the survey point is changing to negative number ex. -145.32, when I move the project.
No, a 2D CAD file with UTM points (just 4 points) only X and Y no Z value

Well then, I'm confused how the Survey Point Elevation relates. Also, where's "terrain" data coming from. You mentioned "terrain" in your first post.

There is no need for specifying coordinates at point and chanhibg North orientation using this workflow.
If you read his first post, it sounds like the client want the house plotted differently on the site. So you would use Specify Coordinates at Point if the OP is reorienting the existing Site in the Project. No need to re-insert the CAD and re-acquire coordinates to do this.
Move the SP.
Just to be clear: SP=SURVEY POINT. That's what you want to change the Elevation of.
...You are moving the Project Base Point in your Video. Leave this alone.
