Revit_change unit properties

Hello.

I have one question about changing unit on Revit.

For example, my default setting is 'feet', but I want to use it as 'millimeter/meter'.

So everytime I draw new project, I change project units, but when I see the properties, there is still showing 'feet/inch'.

How can I change same units?

Please, let me know how to change this.

i wish to be able to get the total  using my project setting  cost in my revit schedule
