Revit: Cannot Edit Sheet Size After Importing New Title Block

Revit newbie, here still climbing the learning curve hill...

So I swapped out the title block on a new project with one I'd made for previous project, replacing E size with D size using Load Family command.   Everything looks good, except the guide grid still shows E-size, and the property parameters to change the size are un-editable!

Question #1: Have searched online for solutions to no avail -- now what?

Question #2: On a related topic, this did NOT bring my custom view title across, perhaps not unsurprisingly -- regardless, is there a simple way to copy view titles between projects?  Using the clipboard doesn't seem to work, but who knows, maybe I am missing something. Played around with ' Insert from  File', without success.

Any sheet management tutorial suggestions would also be appreciated

Thanks in advance

You change sheet size in its type properties, and you resize guide grid by selecting it and dragging its shape handles (little circles on its borders)

Also, don't use guide grid in the full sheet size, increase its spacing and make it so you can only see one grid intersection, then placer it where you need it. It's much easier to align things that way.

See Help | Title Blocks | Autodesk

As for the size - you probably need to add Family Types to create different sizes.

As for View Titles - they are not part of the title block? A View can have different Families as well. Help | About View Titles on Sheets | Autodesk

As for the Guide Grid - this is also not bound to a Title Block. You can have different Guide Grids and apply them to different sheets. Help | Align Views on a Sheet | Autodesk
