Revit and immersive design

I have been considering making an investment by purchasing a laser scanner (Leica, Faro...) or the Matterport camera. The systems are completely different just like the prices.

I'd like to simplify the architectural relief and learn the immersive technology.

Does anyone already use these systems or is planning to use them?

Actually, I´m using the Insta360 camera to create 360 photos/videos and I´m happy with it. It can´t create 3D models by itself, but it´s possible to do this using Recap or even create a full set 360 photos to walk through your building using software like PanoVR or MeuPasseioVirtual.

for sure you can convert it to immersive but u need to build your own model before create immersive model like VR or AR, that you mean al right if i have miss understand clarify it to me thanks.
