Revit 2025-2025.2 - Problem with Autodesk Project and New Revit Home options

Hi

I cant connect to the ACC projects when New Revit Home button is on.  Only works with the old method and Autodesk Docs option.   I have ACC license and desktop connector updated.

Other coworkers have the same problem, not only in the office computters but in their house too.

Any ideas how to fix it?

Thanks

Same issue for a coworker here, running 2025.3. Tried reinstalling Revit 3 times already. No issue with "old" Revit home. Were you able to get it resolved?

With 2025.3 I fix the problem halfway, sometimes it connects without problems and other times it doesn't

We were able to resolve the issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the 2025.0 release (no update). Then manually apply the updates and it seems to be working again. I hope there is a better solution soon!

We have the same problem on Revit 2025.4 version. One project upgraded to version 2025 does not appear under the New Revit Home project listings. It is only visible under the original version of Revit Home.

Strange coincidence!! We just ran into the same issue again today as well, with different projects on different updates. Very random, my best guess since it appears to be occurring across company hubs that Autodesk must be tweaking something on the back end.

Our workaround at the moment is to switch back to the "old" Home, and that seems to be working. Very unfortunate, hopefully they're working on a fix...

Everybody should be on the latest and same version (R2025.4 as of today)

I don't know if you using old/different versions is causing this. But it certainly doesn't help.

Revit Version: R2026.5
Hardware: i9 14900K, 64GB, Nvidia RTX 2000 Ada 16GB
Add-ins: ElumTools; Ripple-HVAC; ElectroBIM; Qbitec

Nope, but I appreciate the suggestion. Revit update version has nothing to do with it. Autodesk has offloaded most of the home screen code to the server side, the actual Revit version installed on the system itself just pulls data down from the cloud. That's why I believe some code update they did on the back end has injected this error into the home screen as of the last 24 hours or so.

Same issue just happened to me.  New Revit Home in 2024 shows Data not found for a new project I created today.  When I switch to old home I can access the files.

Edit:  just made a dummy project to test again and that seems to have forced the problem project to refresh and it is now available in New Revit Home.  Go figure.
