Hi,

Has anyone had any issues running Revit 2022 on Win 11 Home? Do I need to upgrade to Pro?

Cheers,

J

What kind of issues?

What makes you think that they are OS related?

Rob

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

Apparently only Windows Pro and Windows Enterprise are listed under Revit system requirements. I am about to buy a laptop that comes with Win 11 home and was wondering if I will have to upgrade to Pro for Revit to work.

I can't speak for Windows 11 Home but I have been using multiple Revit versions in Windows 10 Home without any issues.  So if you are working by yourself then I wouldn't be worried. But if you use the laptop in a corporate environment then Pro is recommended.

This is good question, @jkobarchitects_com_au.  Autodesk doesn't make mention of Win 11 Home.  You ought to contact Autodesk directly about this by opening a Support Case through your Account Portal.

Post here what they tell you. It'll help others who have the same question.

Option B would be to contact your Autodesk Reseller. They should know.
