Revit 2020r3 and 2020.2.2 hotfix

I just noticed the installation files for Revit 2020r3 in my account, but can't find any infos about this release.

Must 2020.2.2 hotfix be installed on 2020r3, or is 2020r3 already up to date?

The Revit_2020_G1_Win_64bit_r3 installation files from the accounts portal are for the Revit 2020.2.1 full installer, which includes all updates/hotfixes up to and including the 2020.2.1 Hotfix.  The Revit 2020.2.2 Hotfix was only recently released and will need to be installed to bring your Revit installation up to date.
