Hi

I have the same issue here, I have tried launching the product (Revit 2019) from both Autodesk desktop app and desktop icon, but the result is the same.

This is the error message.

Did you put in your email address and fill in the box so someone can get back to you? If not, it just disappears... .

first of all, clear your %TEMP% folder.

https://rvit.wordpress.com/2016/01/25/quick-tip-the-temp-folder/

Then do a clean uninstall and reinstall.

Hello, have you tried to switch off all your antivirus program or uninstall and reinstall again later (maybe it's blocking access) and see if helps. Thanks

what's the computer specs? Type dxdiag on the windows search bar  at the bottom of the start menu and post a screenshot

I'm suspecting it has to do with your computer.
