Select All Instances In Entire Project Not Finding All Instances:

Hello,

We are switching out some Keynote Tags for a new family.

My process is to Select All Instances In Entire Project from the Project Browser; then change the tag.

However, for one family the Select All Instances says there are zero; then tells me it will delete 52 instances when I try to delete it.

Is there a way I can find or select these 52 instances it is referring to?

They could be placed on Legend views.

Why not just delete the family from the Project Browser, then reload the  Family?

Thanks for your replies!

I might have misunderstood your Legend View comment, @ToanDN.

Since the only two available fields in the Keynote Legend are Value and Text, not sure how to find the family tag in there.

@barthbradley, I hesitate to delete the 52 instances (if they really do exist somewhere) because I want to replace "Keynote Text - Arrow Left" with "Left Short" so we don't lose any work.  As I said, the select all comes up with zero and when deleting 52 instances are found...not sure how or why.

Does the Tag appear in Purged Unused?

Ah!  I see, @ToanDN.

You are correct!  They are hiding in wall assembly legend views.

Good to know...

Thanks for the help and solution!

Thanks for your time, too, @barthbradley!
