Revit 2019 Crashes

Hi,

My Revit 2019 crashes when I tried to create floor boundary in a linked model. 

I have updated the latest hotfix 2019.2.1 and Personal accelerator for Windows 10 but the problem still persist. Please help.

Are you creating the floor in link files itself or in the main drawing where your link file is a link? Have you tried to audit both files before linking them. Thanks

I was creating the floor in the main file where i linked the models. Is audit meant for worksharing? I have not using work sharing for this. I am doing it locally myself.

Audit function periodically to maintain the health of a Revit model, when preparing to upgrade the software, or as needed to locate and correct issues. The Audit function scans, detects, and fixes corrupt elements in the model. It does not provide feedback on which elements are fixed

can you untick your use hardware acceleration from options > hardware and see if helps. thanks

it is still the same. what would be the other causes?

unload your link file then create your floor, if you managed to create your floor without issues then reload again your linked file it could be linked files has the issues. thanks

@Anonymous can you post a copy of the journal file after Revit crashes, for review?

Yes, the problem only appears when the user starts linking revit files. Without linked files, everything is just fine.
