Hi @Anonymous

Do you have a multiple monitor setup? If so, disable and check the primary monitor.

Please try the below for me:

  • Check for latest updates from the Desktop App.
  • Disable Hardware acceleration and see if this issue persists.
  • Update you graphic card driver form the manufacturer's website.

Hi @Viveka_CD,

I did what you recommend. Update drivers but the same. 😞 Should I try to install Revit again ?

Hi @Anonymous

I'm sorry to hear that!

Can you please send me the recent journal file to test further? I can share a private upload folder.

Looking forward to your reply update.

HERE is information on the location of the journal file.

I have just sent you a link to a private folder. Let me know if you have issues accessing the folder.

Please upload your journal and Revit model and I'll be happy to test it for you.

Looking forward to your reply update.

That is not what I mean.

I have seen lots of people with workstations and expensive quadro's who are using the built in intel CPU graphics option.

It is perfectly possible that Revit is not using the quadro.

Check it please.

File, options (see screenshot)

Then click hardware and look what Revit says at "video card".
