You will have to do some troubleshooting. You will have to look what those 4 user differentiate from the other users.
-Do they have (other) add-ins?
-Specific actions/commands that cause the crash?
-Different hardware?
-Other software they are running that might interfere?
-Have a look at (window)updates that have taken place recently that might cause issues
-Other new software installed recently
-What information is in the journal files?
-Computer clean (e.g. viruses)?
Some things you might try:
-Remove all add-ins.
-Go back to a previous restore point.
-Close other software.
-Upgrade computer.
