Revit 2017-Transfer Project Standards-View Templates-Error

Good morning fellow Reviteers,

With regard to the above i get a warning - as shown below - whilst transferring View Templates.

No idea whatsoever why this happens.

Also, any other standard goes right through with View Templates being the only exception.

Any help please?

I'm guessing that one of the view templates has a view range set to reference the level below and in the project there is no level below. You could try unchecking the view range in the view template(s).

Hi Rob,

Thank s for responding.

I unchecked View Range in the destination file in every applicable View Template and it worked.

Not sure if that what you meant, it worked nonetheless!

Regards,

Marcin

If it worked then it's exactly what I meant.

Actually, I thought the templates were not making it into the destination file so I thought clearing the view range in the source file would get them to transfer. It sounds like I misinterpreted your post but as long as you cleared the error, all is good.
