Revit links

Is there a way to contain the linked Revit file that is to say no need for the linked file any more.

If you want the link to stay apart of the file so you can reload it later, "Unload" it. If you want it completely removed from the file, "Remove" it.

the question is how to link it once and it will stay there. That is to say If I send the file to ohters I don't need to send the link with it.

You can bind the link but you're still sending it. It's just one file instead of two.
