Revit 2017 In Citrix

Hello All

I am in the process of delivering Revit 2017 through Citrix.

Our users are complaining, about a certain functions within the application, there is a slight lag when drawing walls (the users open the architecture template and select wall, they then chick the screen to draw the wall pivoting at each click, the more frequent the click the longer the lag on the screen).

This is a 3D environment using NVidia Grid K2 cards and there is no lag on rotating or rendering. Task manager shows that there are no bottle neck as CPU, RAM never goes above 50%.

Can anyone recommend a solution?

Can anyone recommend any settings to improve Revit performance in a Citrix environment?

Help much appreciated.

Hi Robert

Thank you so much for your response.

Its still an issue, I have actioned everything that's recommended, even setting the visuals to coarse doesn't make any difference.

Its hard to explain but I would be happy to give you access to one of our demo desktops so you can see for yourself.

If you private message me I will give you instructions and details.

Thanks

Andrew
