Revit 2017 font display changes on output

I am having the exact issue mentioned here:

However, as far as I can tell, there is no Microsoft Hotfix for Windows 10 regarding this issue.  It is only available for earlier version of Windows. 

Has anyone else had this problem?  Please let me know how to resolve the issue.

I, too have had this issue. 

As far as I know, Autodesk has not come up with a good solution.

In my experience, the only solution was like a virus, wait a few days, it should clear up.

I've had this issue on windows 10 where after printing to a PDF, all my text would change in size and position. Turned out it was the scaling of the monitor. I had to unplug my second monitor and then change the scale of the primary monitor to 100% with native resolution. Re open revit after doing such changes. Good luck!
