file is not save show error encounter a sharing violation while accessing

reinstall software but show same error

Please share a screenshot of your error.

If you recently installed anti-virus, please disable it, it might be that it is blocking Revit from validating its license. 

Also, try deleting your temp files.

Have you checked this similar case?

- Clean your Temp directory (%Temp%). Try to delete most of the files and folders in there.

- Switch off your virus scanner and fire wall and see if that helps.

- Remove your add-ins

- Create a simple project (not shared) and see If you can save that on your local computer

but same error show
