Hi All,

I need help with the following:

Why even though that the dates are newer, if I put numeric for the last 2, they are sent to the beginning? I would like to organize the revision by date, or at least have the letter first and the number after.

In keeping with Alfredo’s solution (Revit Option), one can also use invisible characters. I have had several employers that desired no value for the first couple of issues, such as bid set, permit set, etc. In those situations, I find myself using the following “invisible” Unicode character for the first couple of values.

Sort by Sequence or by Date.

Thanks for the reply, unfortunatly it doesnt work as I still cannot put the "numer revisions" AFTER the "letter revisions".

Any ideas how can I change that?

I want to have in the revision schedule, first the letter revision and after the number revisions.

Manually Move Up or Move Down

are you saying you want to sort revision table by date? If so, edit Titleblock and change the way the revisions are sorted (Sorting/Grouping Tab).
