Walls turn solid when I apply an override for existing lines on phases for course setting

I'm taking over a model from another user, I don't know what they did to cause walls to be solid when I apply a phase override. I want my existing walls to show greyed out double line walls instead of solid grey.

The walls turn from a nice...                                                  to not so nice solid fill.

The walls do not have any solid patter assigned them.

Here are the phase settings I'm trying.

Oops here is the graphics override that also did not work.

I also tried just the halftone check box, walls are still solid.

Looks like someone gave the Phase - Existing Material a solid fill Cut Pattern. Go to Materials and remove the Cut Pattern.
