revision schedule

the revision schedule is made in a rte title block file and the title block is in a template  file I can't get the revisions block to show up

In sheet, check revisions on sheet and select the revision

how do you get rid of the gap and change the font of the bottom row? how do you edit that?

Edit the title block family, look for the revision schedule in the browser, edit and go to appearance tab.
