revet 2020 adding levels

When creating a new drawing under architecture when I go to the project browser and scroll down to elevations and click on east, no levels show, as well on the ribbon the level button is faded, not allowing me to add any levels to the drawing, please advise

Silly Idea:

Let me assume that you clicked instead of double clicking on East. So you are not opening the East elevation and may be still in plan or 3d view.

You should double click on the East View.
