Reverse offset rails

Hello I put the rails on fllor with offset but in the wrong side. 

If resign the line go always in the bad side. 

The command of reverse side don't go (attachment).

How can I do?

Correction:

Go with "pick line" but not with "line". 

With command line there's not possibility to put offset in correct side?

I obligated to use "pick line" even when is not comfortable for what I do?

Is this what you are talking about? Hover over the railing and repeatedly hit Tab to select the railing. The flip arrows will also show up.

Of course! This succeded with the rail of stairs but not when I put rails these in floor (try to verify). 

However I discovered that for i verse or the other you can draw in clockwise or counterclockwise sense.
