Rendering icon is greyed out

I'm getting the following error:

Rendering features are currently disabled.
You must install the Rendering library to use rendering features.

My question is:

Is there anyway to fix this issue with out reinstalling the whole Revit 2016 program?

Do you have a View Template assigned to View?

You do need to download the full installation package and reinstall it.  Do it via browser download or autodesk download, not install directly from the link.  The installation will only install the missing components, not the entire program.
