Tagging rooms in 2-d levels

There is probably a simple way of resolving this that I can't find, so I do hope someone can point me in the right direction!

I have created a multi-storey apartment block whereby the ground floor, penthouse and first floor are levels with floor plans, and levels 2 and 3 are 2-d levels without a floor plan as they are duplicates of the first floor plan (see attached section for reference).

I would like to be able to tag the room in section and to include the 2nd and 3rd floor rooms in the room schedule, but I'm not sure how to do this. I obviously can't copy and paste rooms, but as I can't get to a floor plan, I can't automatically place them either. I have added blank rooms to the room schedule with a view to write them in, but I can't allocate levels to them...

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Why not create the floor plans?

However you could copy a floor plan (inlcuding the rooms) and then paste it "Aligned to selected levels", even when the floorplans are not available yet.

It is normal to copy your floors to other levels, even when they are duplicates, because it will help with creating your views, schedules and so on.

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.

Thank you @L.Maas , but sadly this isn't working for me. I don't think that rooms in Revit Light (or my version anyway!) can paste. I've copied and pasted the walls, floors and furniture aligned to selected levels without any issue (hence I've been able to create the section), but when I've got the rooms selected, copied and pasted, I loose the aligned to selected levels paste option.

I was hoping to keep the drawing relatively simple by not having separate plans for matching levels, but if I can't include rooms this way, I shall have to create the levels. Ah well.
