Make sure that you have all Service Packs and updates installed/applied then test Cloud rendering again...if this doesn't solve the issue try one of the following
If you are using files from older Revit versions containing PRC content - try removing RPC content and check if this solves the issue. If it does you can then try inserting new RPC from an updated version of such content if available
Check the names of the views that you are trying to render and make sure that there are no special and extended characters contained in the view names (i.e. square brackets, colon symbol, semicolon symbol, diacritical marks etc...) Same applies for your Windows user name if you haven't used cloud render before on the same windows user account
