Removing Portion of a Stair Landing

is it possible to remove a portion of a stair landing after it has been created?

I have a metal pan stair with a landing. The landing has a frame around three sides. one side connects to a floor. I would like to remove the frame where the stair meets the floor. I have attached a few images to hopefully better illustrate what i am trying to do.

Sure you can remove it. Some math is involved.  Might be easier to convert to sketch-based if it is not already.  Post the file.

You could just delete the landing support where the landing hits the floor, then edit the landing sketch and align the edge. But in reality, you would still need a support (that does not sticking up above the landing) at that end to attach the stair to the edge of slab.
