Removing Handrail extensions

Hi,

 

I have used a railing style which came with extensions. How to I remove / edit the extensions?

The little C shaped piece?  If it is the extension of the top rail or the handrail then the procedure is the same as what I have shown.  If it is something else than you need to give more info or upload a model.

ToanDN - here you are. I am trying to remove the extension at one end of the railing so that it can die into a wall.

Accepted solution

Select a railing>edit type>baluster placement>edit>choose a different start and end post that haven't got the extension.

Revit add-ins: CAD Purger (delete UNUSED and selected line patterns & line styles, find and delete CAD), Rooms To Spaces, Schedule Utilities (Calculated Values/Combined Parameters To Tags, reuse view filter rules in schedule filters), View Filter Manager at Revit Apps Store
