Reg: Revit 2013 software error

Dear Sir,
I am Md.Ashyer from FITCH METAL ENGINEERING INDIA PVT LTD.

I Have Complete Package of BUILDING DESIGN SUITE SOFTWARE 2013 License
But in revit 2013 there are lots of error.

Revit Software Error
1. Template installation problem.
2. Element editing options not showing
3. Command not showing few times
4. Software automatic crash
5. In ‘material browser’ dialog box new material option not showing
And material assigning problem.

I want to upgrade my revit 2013 software to 2017. I want to know charges for maintenance and upgradation of revit software.

you can try this by using Clean Uninstall.

You can try to download from Virtual Agent here .try to switch off all your anti virus program and firewall before downloading and installation.

if you want to upgrade your Revit 2013 to Revit 2017 you can check your Autodesk product reseller around your area they are the only one who can give you the pricing. Be also aware that you need a better configuration (computer specifications) to run this latest Revit 2017. you can check autodesk website what are the requirements specification to run this product.
