Only thing I got for you is to make the the inside and outside rails two differently configured types (e.g. different baluster patterns).
You could Use Baluster Per Tread on Stairs (1 per Tread) to get them to align, but of course, that would significantly change the pattern by adding more balusters.
BTW: next time you want to post an RVT, just group the pertinent elements together in the Project and save the group out of the Project to a new, "skinny" Project -- and then post the "skinny" RVT directly here by Attaching it to a Reply Post.
