I am trying to lay out auditorium seating on a sloping floor using a radial array. The chair is a floor based family, and the radial array worked perfectly for the chairs mounted on the flat portion of the floor, but as I try to create the array for the sloped or stepped portions of the floor I get the following error.
"Group instances of the same type do not contain identical members. Press "Fix Groups..." to select from options to make the groups consistent.
Corresponding group members in different group instances diverge in the following respects:"
I have tried pressing "Fix groups" and it appears to stack all of the chairs on top of each other.
Does anyone have a work-around or other suggestions on how to create a radial array if the Z of the object is higher than the Z of the center point?
