Autodesk Marterial Library Installation dowloading

Hi, I am installing Autodesk Revit 2017. However, Autodesk Material library is only dowload to certain part and stay at connecting for long time. I have turned off my fire wall. Can anyone helps, please

Did u try to download the installation package from Autodesk Virtual Agent first, extract and install from local HD?

Some firewalls/antivirus does require that one off/exit and end all processes of those applications.
