I think you can do it with some material settings.

Interesting @ToanDN. I saw it differently. I see a stair with intermittent planter boxes forming a pattern with different foliage.

Funny! I was just going to post this image, @ToanDN.

Now, how the hell would you do this one inside Revit?

Answer: Very carefully.

I am aware of  the difference between the fish image mapping (only on the risers, more difficult to achieve) and what I show (both treads and risers, fairly easy).  Let OP decide which way he or she wants to pursuit.

???

There is no pattern @ToanDN, that's precisely the problem. It's artwork.

I am aware of that too.  I don't think there is a repeating pattern on the stair I posted.  Or is there?

"Repeating Pattern"? Isn't that redundant, @ToanDN

But in answer to your question: No, I don't see anything repeating, and I don't see a pattern. But, I do see a pain in the ass trying to model it.

Yes it is.  Bigly.

It is not that difficult.

HA! A Trumpism..."BIGLY"! Love it!

But...if you got the time [to model it], then I've got the beer...Miller.

Here's to you, buddy Smiley Wink

Cheers!
