Properties and Project Browser Graphics Problem

Currently having an issue with the Properties Palette and Project Browser Palette. I have tried docking/undocking and also turning on/off under the View Tab > Windows > User Interface, but this glitch still seems to occur when dragging the windows. Wondering if this is a graphics card issue or maybe Revit needs to be reinstalled?

Toggle Interface's Hardware Acceleration On/Off and see what happens (not to be confused with program's Hardware Acceleration).

I'm having the same problem, and toggling hardware acceleration didn't work for me unfortunately. I'm working from home via VPN, so my setup is different than usual. I'll keep troubleshooting.

Thanks!

Hi @Anonymous and @Anonymous

Are you having a multi-monitor setup?

Please see this article for more information. (Users reported that since the Windows 10x64 Fall creator update (build 1709) was installed, Revit dialog boxes leave trails when moved across the screen)

Let me know if this helps.

Well the April 2018 update fixed my issue with 2017 and 2018. however on another computer it jacked up the palettes. they were blank or shown partial. I turn on the Aceleration for interface and it fixed the blank project browser and properties, however the trailing has not been fixed. I checked that the machine is set to High Performance in Power settings.
