To whom it may concern,
I tried to download Revit 2017 on a new device. I downloaded it from the website manage.autodesk.com with my regular educational account. After a while, the downloading process seems to froze and I have to cancel it. Then, when I tried to open Revit to check what was missing, I got the following message: "Rendering features are currently disabled. You must install the Rendering library to use rendering features." I noticed some things: I did not download Revit 2017 from the Revit free software site (www.autodesk.com/free-software). Am I wrong? I still got the serial number and the product key for Revit 2017 in my e-mail. I think there are different issues and maybe there are not related. Please, could you give me any suggestions?
