Problems Displaying Equipment Text when Equipment is Placed

Good Day.

I'm struggling with Equipment Codes, Every Time that I place an Equipment Cell I have to Tag the Item Manually which is not ideal as I would like to see what the item is as soon as it is places. Is there a possible Option that would allow me to place Equipment with the corresponding Equipment code simultaneously.

 Any help would be would be greatly appreciated.

The Room Clip that I sent is how I plan on the equipment and the Codes to Match with one another, just to ID the equipment correctly, the Equipment Properties clip is to show where he codes are Received from at the "CB-Code".

That's not Quite what I had in mind, I want to place a tag along with The Equipment at the same time.

I use Codebook to Import information into Revit so It's a Equipment Cell from Codebook with an attached Tag, but the Tag has to activated with the "Tag All" Function in the "Annotate" tab but It would requires me to Press "Tag All" Every time I added new equipment Cell to be able to see the Tag.
