Can  we actually create a brick wall in Revit ?? Like when we will choose wall it is a brick wall that we actually create with details not a generic wall with a brick material

You mean model the individual brick units in the wall? Sure. Use a Curtain Wall.

...maybe do grout with Mullions - if you want to go there.

Or a Pattern Based Panel on a Divided Surface. You can choose a 1/2 Step or 1/3 Step Pattern.

You most likely have to create custom family to get what you want. Here is a sample perforated brick family download from Revitcity and reverse engineer the family what you need.

Thanks Bradley i'll try out this one 
Though i wanted like when you go to wall in the Architecture tab it is a brickwall we create with all the details
