Problem with revision numbers

Hi, we are doing a project where revisions are required. Im quite new in the field, so I hope someone has the answer and solution.

I have created the revision schedule in the sheet family. Then in the model, when I want to insert a revision with comments on, lets say drawing A101, I give it the revision number 1.

When I want to insert a revision cloud on a drawing A102, with the same revision number, it gives me the same revision comments from drawing A101. Is there a way to fix it? Or did I miss something?

Basically, I want that all the sheets start with revision number 1, but with different comments, and no relation to each other.

Thanks!

Open the revisions dialog and change to Per Sheet, not Per Project.

I tried that, yet it doesnt work. Each sheet with the same number, gets the same comments etc.

You have to place the revision cloud of the correct revision sequence, or edit the Show Revisions on Sheet from properties and check the right ones.

Did you create different revision sequences in the revisions dialog?

Yes, but the revision number is still the same, so revision number 1 on drawing A101, is the same revision as revision number 1 on A102.

Select the cloud on A102, look at the properties, and see what revision sequence it is.

Oh thanks, I get it now, I just thought there was a way to put comments and not have to create a new revision sequence for that.
