Problem: Adjust height of stair (Revit 2016)

Hi fellas! I need to adjust the height of an assembled stair, thought this would be an easy task but I run into a bunch of problems when trying. Three errors: "Cannot create specified fillet for rail join(s). Please try a different value." "Cannot create specified fillet for rail join(s). Please try a different value." and "Stair top end exceeds or cannot reach the top elevation of the stair. Add/remove risers at the top end by control or or change the stair run's 'Relative Top Height' parameter in the properties palette." This is in Revit 2016. Anything I should do in a specific order or change? Right now I've started with adjusting the "Base offset" from -250 to -470.

What height is being adjusted? The Top Level Elevation? The mid landing Relative Height?

if it is a Stair by Component , you can have a look at my screencast to see how this stair can be adjusted on height...

I just need the bottom to reach lower:

Also struggling with the rails being messed up (if you look at the upper part).
Someone else made this stair from the beginning, I'm just adjusting.

Awesome, completely missed that you have to adjust 'the arrow' before adjusting the height.
New problem! The railings won't adjust accordingly after the edit:

you can control the rails offset from : Use Landing Height Adjustment parameter - if you choose Yes then you can enter a value for correction.
