Have you tried selecting another printer to see if the problem exists there as well?

Also, have you tried restarting Revit and/or the computer?

@Anonymous my apology, i misunderstood your question. thanks

@Keith_Wilkinson

i think what he wanted is when you select the "selected views/sheets" the preview is also highlighted that you can see the preview, which is not possible.

No, preview with selected Views/sheets isn't an option - never has been as far as I'm aware.

The original question reads that all 3 options are not available but maybe I'm misunderstanding it.

can you just clarify exactly what the problem is?  Are you unable to select any of the 3 buttons you've highlighted in your original post?

If I were you, I would follow @Keith_Wilkinson advice and select another printer...the print to PCP doesn't give you access to those options and I do not believe it is for printing from REVIT or any other AEC Platform.  .PCP stands for Patch Creation Properties!

I think you were most probably intending to use PDF print

Well if it is the same with all your other printers then I'd go for the notion that your install is corrupt.

You could try running a repair on it (you should get this option if you run the installer again before uninstalling Revit) or as has also been suggested check your version is fully up to date in terms of Updates.

Sorry for late reply. I tried all methods which were suggested here but unfortunately non of them worked . I just save each sheet as a pdf seperately.

By pressing control P them select preview then save as PDF.
