Pointcloud color scheme is of...

Hi,

I am using a large pointcloud file (with multiple scans) for the renovation of a production hall, I now try to print the floorplan and sections but it seems as the color of the pointcloud is of.
It looks like each scan is creating it's own color to recognize which pointcloud is tied to the different 3D-scan spots.

Is there any way to turn this off and have it display true color?

Under visibility graphics (VG) you'll find the different options of displaying your pointcloud.

This is hard to believe because we have an early drawing printed with true colors.. Withouten us noticing it changed to these area colors..

yes, but we have already figured it out. It had to do with the phasing of the pointcloud.

Check your phasing! All the way in the bottom of your property menu.

I came to this thread late in the game . Has anything been fixed with this? Point clouds should be on the Existing Phase, but they only show in true color when in New Construction phase. Is there a way to make them show the same way in both phases?

The point cloud can be on the existing phase, but your view's phase filter needs to be set to 'show complete' and then the colour shows as RGB (this is on RVT2025)
